At Boulder Bibs, we want you to feel confident in every stride, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, our team is here to help you find the right fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
